Bosun,re question about Recruit, I am afraid I cannot help you on that. Aithough I worked there 20 years I was mainly in the Revenge, Swiftstone & Mersina..

Question for George Lane, George i have always wondered why the extra fairlead was cut in the only the stb side bulwarks on the recruit, if you look at the earlier picture of her when she must have been nearly new, and it's not there, i asked Eric Everest when he was still working as he had been there since year dot and he didn't know perhaps you can tell me
