HMS Jupiter hitting London Bridge on Wednesday 13th 1984. Capt Cdr Colin Hamilton did not use the two tugs Ionia and Sun Swale to assist and hit the bridge broadside. The captain was court marshalled at Portsmouth and found guilty of not departing in the correct way and not using the tugs in attendance.
