ST KATHERINE

PLA's ST KATHERINE in 1957. Built in 1927 and sold in 1971 as a floating bar and currently moored at Temple Pier as "The Yacht"

In my day she was moored off Gravesend promanade, spotless craft. but became too expensive to run

Have you not see her name board on the bow St Katherine Bob? Sadly theyve painted over it in white now so its hard to see , it used to be black lettering

Wow, I never associated The Yacht with her, but now I have compared them you can certainly see her. Great shot.
