I am sure she had two engines running the electric motor, she was sometimes a lot slower because the engineer had shut one engine down for maintainance.

I remember Lectro being described as the first Diesel -Electric tug on the Thames.meaning the diesel engine produced electric power which then was used to power an Electric motor which drove the Prop.
