We moored a boat up alongside with her on Wednesday I thought the shape looked familier. All the rubber fendering has been replaced with steel large D strips and the cabin sole (floor) is in bits. No work is being done on her. what a waste. Rolling Eyes

I agree Kieran. It seems a real shame that no developments have come about since the summer. Due to her originally being designed & built as a party boat for G.P.C , she could prove a great addition to Thames Cruises fleet.
I enjoyed working on the Chevening, a great boat during the summer months, its just a shame she lacked any money being spent on her. Have they fitted stairs down into the lower saloon? (third window from aft). Have also noticed that her rubber fendering strips has been removed and replaced. Seems an odd thing to take away previous fendering and replace it with smaller less protective strips and remove the midships fendering all together?
